Rega has gone high end introducing their Reference Series. The Rega Isis valve CD player and the Osiris Integrated Amplifier are true examples of high fidelity at it's best.

The valve Isis shares the same digital and USB sections as found in the solid state version however the analogue stage is valve based with passive filtering. This stage uses two military specification triple mica 5814A (ECC82/12AU7) triodes being driven by the revolutionary Wolfson WM8741 ultra high performance digital to analogue converter.

Chris Harban Designs - Woodsong Audio

Woodsong Audio is the premier manufacturer of custom Linn LP12 turntable plinths. Chris designs and builds the LP12 plinths exceeding Linn's OEM specifications. Tolerances in construction are generally measured down to thousandths of an inch. All holes are pre-drilled, exactly as the latest Linn LP12 plinths. Throughout the creation of the LP12 plinth, redundancy in measurement is the rule, checking and re-checking flatness, squareness, and accuracy, at every step along the way to ensure a beautiful, technically excellent result. They are offered in ‘flat faced’ style, that allows the wood grain to really shine, or also in the classic, more traditional ‘fluted’ style.

Woodsong plinths are made from a wide range of species of wood from around the world. Woodsong Audio is constantly searching out special woods for the creation of these plinths. The utmost care is taken in selecting woods for stability, aesthetics, and sonic quality. The same care and patience is given to milling, ‘racking’ (storage), and in ensuring proper seasoning prior to turning these gems into LP12 or other custom plinths. Many of the same techniques used by luthiers in the creation of fine musical instruments are utilized in the process.
